Capturi's privacy policy

Introduction

Capturi A/S (“Capturi”) is responsible for the protection of information you provide to us and leave to our processing, in accordance with applicable law.

It is important to us that you feel safe in Capturi's processing of your information. We therefore review what information Capturi collects or receives, as well as what Capturi has the right to do with this information. If you have any questions, write to us. We are nice to talk to and will always try to help as best we can.

It is emphasized that this privacy policy only covers our processing of personal data as data controller. It therefore does not regulate our processing of personal data in our capacity of data processor on behalf of our customers as data controllers. This processing, including processing of information about the users our customers have created, will be regulated in our subscription agreement with the customer, as well as the data processor agreement entered into with the customer.

For this processing, it is thus our customers who, as data controllers, have control over our processing. If you as a user of the Capturi solutions have questions about our processing of data, please contact dataprivacy@capturi.com.

At Capturi, we strive to ensure that your information is protected in the best possible way when you use our offers and services. Your security and trust in Capturi is an important part of our business, and we therefore take it very seriously.

Capturi's privacy policy describes how we process your personal information in a responsible and confidential manner. Capturi processes and possibly stores the personal data with secure third parties who are either subject to the same rules or who have the same standards of processing security as Capturi.

Security

Capturi has specialists with in-depth knowledge of both the area of security and secure processing of personal data.

Capturi is equipped with organizational and technical security measures that are appropriate and effective for the protection of all information that we process. This means that Capturi has arranged itself with measures that, among other things, protects your information from loss, tampering and unauthorized access. We are constantly adapting our security measures to keep up with technological developments.

Who has access to your information?

Your personal information is strictly confidential. They are only passed on to third parties who reasonably and necessarily deem it necessary to use your data in order to ensure our best possible processing of your information.

In addition, we only pass on your personal information to others if the law, contractual conditions or requirements for entering into a contract allow or require it.

What information is collected and processed?

The following is a general picture of what data we process:

Name, photo, email address, telephone number, address, voice, cookie data (general personal data).

If you provide other personal data voluntarily, we will also process this data as appropriate.

→ If your personal data is not provided by you, it will always be obtained from publicly available sources.

The data is processed only to the extent that it is adequate, relevant and always limited to what is necessary to fulfill our obligations to you in relation to your interaction with us and the use of our Capturi solution.

Basis for treatment

We only process your data in accordance with applicable law, including the GDPR. This also means that we must have a lawful basis for processing your personal data.

Thus, we process your data on the following lawful bases:

Where we have received your consent to process your personal data for one or more specific processing bases,

→ Where the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract you or your company has with us,

→ Where the processing is necessary for compliance with applicable law, or

→ Where the processing is necessary for the pursuit of our legitimate interests, in which case you will be able to request documentation of our balancing of interests.

Third party treatment

We use third parties to process your information. This includes i.a. external and professional companies, such as suppliers and partners, who help us deliver and provide our service in the best possible way, as well as handle your data.

Capturi only processes the personal data with secure third parties, who are either subject to the same rules as us, or who have chosen to follow similar rules for secure processing.

The transfer of your information is in accordance with applicable law and this policy. Thus, third parties may not use the information for their own purposes and may only process it on behalf of Capturi to fulfill our purpose of the processing.

The purpose of obtaining and processing information

Capturi's purpose for the processing of your information is to be able to identify you and to be able to service you in the best possible way as a visitor to our website, as a potential partner, as an employee, or in any other way depending on the reason you have chosen to interact with Capturi.

Capturi does not make any automatic decisions in our processing of your personal data.

Your rights

As a user of Capturi, you of course have all the rights that applicable law confers on you. This means that you have the right to be informed about which personal data Capturi processes regarding you, as well as demand that such information be corrected, deleted or disclosed.

If the processing of personal data is based on consent, this can be changed or revoked by contacting us directly at dataprivacy@capturi.com, or by following instructions in e-mails received from Capturi in accordance with the consent.

Complaints

If you are in any way dissatisfied with our processing of your personal data, this is regretted in advance, and we will make ourselves available in relation to resolving any such dissatisfaction. This is best done by sending a complaint to us at dataprivacy@capturi.com, which we will process as soon as possible.

In addition to the possibility of contacting Capturi directly, you are also entitled to direct your possible complaint to our national supervisory authority: The Danish Data Protection Agency, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. For further guidance in this complaint process, please refer to the Danish Data Protection Agency's website: www.datatilsynet.dk.

Information storage period

The information is stored for the period permitted by law and we delete it when it is no longer needed to be processed. Every reasonable step shall be taken to ensure that information which is inaccurate for the purpose for which it is processed is deleted or corrected without undue delay.

Thus, internally in Capturi, deadlines have been introduced for deletion or periodic review of data processed as data controller. Such deadlines include determined on the basis of the nature and background of the information.

Changes

We reserve the right to update and change this policy. The latest version will be available on our site at all times. If you do not read this policy directly on our website, it is recommended to check the website for the latest version of the privacy policy.
