Capturi's use of sub-processors

As set out in our standard data processing agreement, Capturi uses certain sub-processors to provide our services under the subscription agreement.

In addition to ensuring our own compliant processing of personal data, we also ensure that our sub-processors abide to the same standards.

Capturi therefore only uses  leading service providers as it sub-processors, and below is a list of all the sub-processors Capturi uses to deliver its service, including a description of the respective processing activities and links to the processing agreements between Capturi and each of the sub-processors.

Netic

Hetzner

Name: Netic A/S (“Netic”)

Description of processing: Netic is used for hosting the solution, including storage and processing of data, database and platform operations, and logging - and thus all data in the platform, including customers' personal data, is processed by Netic as a sub-processor.

Data is stored encrypted within the EU / EEA without transfer to third countries or international organizations.

Description of processing: Hetzner is used to process data from parts of the solution, including customers' personal data. The data is processed by Hetzner as a sub-processor.

Flowmailer

Description of processing: Flowmailer is used to send system emails from Capturi (email gateway) and does not use subcontractors for this. Emails can be, for example, invitations to the platform, comments created between users, etc. Flowmailer processes the user's full name (if this is provided as part of the registration in Capturi) and email address.
